A day at Big City

At Big City, the day is built around movement, structure, and positive social interaction.

Morning starts with supervised group play in spacious yards designed for larger dogs. Playgroups are thoughtfully matched by size and energy level to keep things balanced and safe.

Midday includes rest time so dogs can recharge before afternoon activities. From obstacle courses to interactive games, our team keeps pups engaged both physically and mentally.

By the end of the day, dogs leave fulfilled, exercised, and ready to relax at home.

HOUSE RULES

Ensuring a Safe Stay

To maintain a healthy and happy environment for all our guests, we adhere to strict safety protocols.

Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination is required prior to drop-off.

Health & Flea Control

Dogs must be flea/tick free and in good general health. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog showing signs of illness.

Temperament Test

New guests must pass a 4-hour temperament evaluation to ensure they are comfortable in our group play environment.

Drop-off & Pick-up

Mon-Fri: 7am-7pm (Closed 12-2:30pm). Sat-Sun: Close at 12pm. Pick-up by 12pm to avoid fees.

Deposits & Peak Pricing

Deposits: All Holidays require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking

Peak Dates: A $5 charge will be applied to each dog, each night, during Peak-Times

Yes, we recommend bringing your dog's own food to prevent digestive upset. Please portion meals into individual bags if possible.
